We, the students of your school beg most respectfully to state that our annual examination is over. So we want to go on a study tour. This tour will help us to acquire knowledge and get pleasure. We have collected the total expenditure which is taka five thousand only. Our English teacher has kindly given his consent to guide us.

We, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to permit us to go for a study tour and oblige thereby.
