Recreation Site Description:

Merritt Abbott Lake is a small recreation site which is 3 vehicle some what remote recreation site. The recreation site is located in a semi open area on the north east side of Abbott Lake & northwest of Merritt. Which is popular for fishing and boating. The recreation site is suitable for small truck campers. This is not suitable for anything towed due to the rough access.

Driving Directions:

From Merritt, British Columbia, Canada > Head west on Merritt – Spences Bridge Hwy/Nicola Ave/Princeton-Kamloops Hwy/BC-5A/BC-97C toward Voght St (8.6km) > Turn right onto Aberdeen Rd (6.4km) > Keep right to stay on Aberdeen Rd (14.9km) > Slight left (6.69km) > Then you will find the recreation site Thompson-Nicola I, BC, Canada. Access is by 4 x 4 drive vehicle via the Tyner Lake Forest Service Road.
